Yes but in two steps, waiting at least 6 months, and starting always with the thoracic implant. If breast asymmetry is due to sunken chest, the mere presence of the thoracic implant can sometimes correct the asymmetry and improve the projection of the breasts.
Regarding the 3D implant technique for Pectus, what is the advantage compared with the Nuss or Ravitch techniques?

Can you get a custom-made implant if you already performed a Nuss or Ravitch surgery?

At what age can we benefit from the custom implant technique?
As concerns adolescents, concave chest can be operated from 14/15 years old, after puberty, when the deformation of the rib cage no longer progresses. Below that age, Pectus surgery on a child would require changing the implant during growth. Adults can undergo Pectus surgery with 3D implants, you can be operated until 60/65 years old if you are in good physical health.
